    Position Summary

    We are looking for sharp, talented telephone sales representatives. You will be responsible for productivity and sales quotas weekly and monthly. Your goal needs to be to meet and exceed consistently. You will be given training during your initial employment to give you the knowledge necessary to be an effective representative. You will need to be adept at working with a broad base of customers, agile at over-coming objections and focused on closing business.


    Key Result Areas

    • Close sales on all prospecting program inquiries
    • Achieve Appointment objectives
    • Create and maintain a positive sales environment
    • Manage lead allocations and lead inventory
    • Implementing sales forecasts as departmental sales targets by team
    • Implementing product or offer tests and reporting on all new programs
    • Interfacing with Customer Service on Customer Service related issues
    • Recommending new or revised scripts or script guidelines to Manager and Training Manager
    • Keeping abreast of current trends and practices in field of expertise
    • Assign prospect territories in a timely manner
    • Develop and implement new sales strategies, focused primarily on meeting and exceeding sales goals

    Competencies

    • Ability to establish, implement and oversee appropriate sales processes and procedures needed to augment and increase sales force effectiveness
    • Exceptional leadership, organizational and communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task
    • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
    • Computer skills, including Outlook, MS Word, Excel and additional, current software packages
    • Ability to develop innovative marketing and sales techniques

- Must be adept in MS OFFICE 2003/2007 packages including MS ACCESS or similar databases

- Good Keyboard Skills

- Relevant Product Knowledge

- Flexible to work day/night/evening (24x7) Shifts

- Compliance of Company Policies and Procedures

OUTBOUND TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Education: Diploma/Graduate/Advance Diploma

Experience : More than 6 months in a BPO environment

Knowledge Skills:

- Understands the principles of telemarketing and research

- Good and Accurate typing Skills

- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

- Must be adept in MS OFFICE 2003/2007 packages including MS ACCESS or similar databases

- Good Keyboard Skills

- Relevant Product Knowledge

- Handles difficult clients carefully

- Flexible to work day/night/evening (24x7) Shifts

- Compliance of Company Policies and Procedures

- Foreign language skills would be an added asset.

DATA / TRANSCRIPTION EXECUTIVES
